During the selection process, Bai Yi conducts individual interviews with students to understand and guide them in choosing the right major based on their abilities and interests. For students from financially disadvantaged backgrounds, we also provide scholarships and living allowances for the three or four years of study in China. These financial aids are funded by Chinese vocational institutions and various foundations, and they are unconditional and non-repayable.

In addition, Bai Yi closely monitors the students' academic and living conditions while they are studying in China, maintaining contact with school teachers to track the students' behavior and academic performance.

Upon completing their 3 or 4 years of study and returning, Bai Yi offers a platform to connect students with enterprises, providing relevant employment opportunities and guidance.
